Frame is designed to extend your care—not replace it. By doing this we help save providers and their staff time (~45 min/patient/week) and ensure that clinicians are practicing at the top of their license, while Frame takes much of the admin and counseling burden off of your plate. Additionally, Frame improves patient retention and engagement at every step because we provide hands-on, concierge support to patients in between visits, after hours and via text, email and phone.  

Here’s how Frame helps in different settings:

‍If you’re an OB/GYN or PCP:

Frame delivers specialized pre-conception and fertility care integrated with your EMR and workflows. We take on the in-between care and common questions—so you can focus your time where it matters most. More specifically, Frame can:

• Extend your clinical care to cover more areas of the fertility and preconception spectrum which can include proactive fertility counseling/education, preconception counseling, lifestyle modification, ovulation induction and tracking and timed intercourse support
• Maximize your team’s time by handling after hours questions and/or providing evidence-based education from patients about fertility via personalized resources, text, email and phone based support and 1:1 counseling
• Add in new, complementary areas of care including male factor testing and counseling to ensure males are being properly screened and addressed upstream
• Manage referrals to specialists (e.g., urologists, fertility clinics) and ensuring patient follow through and bringing patients back to you once pregnant

‍If you’re an REI at a fertility clinic:

Frame improves patient retention and clinic efficiency with fertility clinic partners of all sizes. More specifically, Frame can:

• Improve patient lead generation by streamlining and managing patient inbound calls and triaging patients to the next step
• Reduce patient drop out pre- and post-new patient visits with concierge support and personalized reminders to keep patients engaged (we see a 73% reduction in no show rate and 72% improvement in patient conversion!)
• Enable treatment discussions at the first visit by managing pre-consult prep inclusive of patient intake, education, lab testing and more‍
• Support patient experience and emotional health and lighten the load on nurses through dedicated fertility coaching and concierge support 7-days a week, after hours and in between visits via text, email and phone

Frame supports individuals and couples of all genders and identities, at any stage of their fertility or family-building journey. We provide both clinical care and non-clinical care and support across a range of needs. Frame is built to meet patients where they are—and help them take the next right step.

Who you refer may vary based on your role:

• Primary care and OB/GYN providers often refer female or male patients curious about their fertility, planning for pregnancy, struggling to conceive, needing ovulation support and/or those with suspected infertility that may need further evaluation and/or a referral to a fertility clinic. Frame partners with the OBGYN and/or PCP office to enable easy provider ordering via the EMR via order sets based on patient need.
• Fertility clinics may refer patients before or after their new patient visit depending on clinic need to support patient education, concierge support and/or emotional wellness coaching. Frame’s services are curated to match the goals of the clinic and then embedded into their workflow to support all patients in an automated, seamless way across the clinic.

In both scenarios, Frame is integrated into the clinical workflow—no new tools or logins for providers and their staff!

The Frame Care Team is led by our Medical Director and OB/GYN, Dr. Pouneh Alizadeh, in collaboration with our Clinical Advisory Board. The care team includes advanced practice providers specialized in fertility and reproductive health, care coordinators, and board-certified fertility coaches. 

Our coaches hold certifications through the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) or the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing (NCHEC), which are the certifying organizations that health care payers recognize for health coaching certification. Many of our coaches also bring experience in clinical social work, mental health, women’s health, OB/GYN, and fertility clinic settings.

All team members are supported by our technology platform, which enables secure, efficient communication and ensures the team has access to the latest, evidence-based information tailored to both the patient and the referring provider.
